Gymthreadz proudly accepts Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We are also happy to accept
payments through Paypal.
Will I have to pay sales tax? TOP
Only customers whose billing address is
within the state of Texas will be charged sales tax. By law we are
required to charge 8.25% sales tax to Texas residents.
What is your return policy? TOP
Gymthreadz will gladly provide a full
refund or equal exchange on all non-clearance items that arrive at our offices
no later that 30 days from the original shipping date. All items must be
received in their original condition. Worn, washed or altered items will
not be accepted. We do not refund shipping/handling charges on returned
merchandise. All returns must include the order number, the items you wish
to exchange for and your return address. We highly recommend that you
provide a contact telephone number in the case that we need to contact you in
regards to your refund or exchange.
What are your shipping charges? TOP
Gymthreadz offers a flat fee of $6.00 per
address.
When will my order be shipped? TOP
Gymthreadz will make every effort to
ship your order within 7 business days of your order being received. If
your order is not shipped within 7 business days we will contact you by email to
notify you of the situation.
