Returns and Exchange Form
We want each of our customers to enjoy their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for refund (or exchange in the case of a wrong or defective item). The item(s) must be returned in saleable condition. Shipping costs are not refundable, and you will be responsible for the costs of return shipment. All of our items are handcrafted by our talented designers and we inspect them carefully before shipping, but should you receive a defective or damaged item, or in the event we have sent the wrong item, shipping charges will be included in your refund.
Refunds will be applied ONLY to the same credit card, or Pay Pal account used for the original purchase. While refunds to your credit card are issued upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) being returned, please be aware that it may require 1 to 2 billing cycles for this credit to appear on your statement.
Simply fill out this form, and include it with the item(s) being returned. Pack the item carefully (in its original mailing container if possible). We will not accept COD’s. We suggest you insure and track your return item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. No refund or exchange will apply after 30 days of purchase.
